The Pottery Place was established in Cairns way back in 1974 and has supplied the local arts community with clay .. tools .. equipment and supplies for over 25 years.
My name is Debbie and I am the owner and manager of The Pottery Place.
Coming from a retail background .. it was a natural progression for me to take over The Pottery Place after 6 years of studying ceramics at JCU and TAFE in Cairns.
The Pottery Gallery boasts the largest collection of locally made pottery for sale in the region! The Gallery supports local artists and endeavours to raise the profile of Pottery and Potters in Cairns and surrounding areas.
